The Washington Post reports that under a last-minute change to new lessons in Montgomery County, Maryland:

sex education teachers would be allowed to tell students who ask that homosexuality is not a mental illness.

(What! Does this mean no electroshock treatments?!)

Well, just for argument’s sake, even if homosexuality was termed a ‘mental disease’, it couldn’t be treated anyhow. The whole purpose of labeling, classifying and listing disorders is to construct treatment algorithms. And if there’s no treatment plan for it, then it does not exist as a disorder.

(stop scratching your heads people—its not that difficult)

There are tens of thousands of homsexuals/lesbians in the world who “DO NOT” want to live this life style.

They seek help and recieve help from this affliction that they have brought onto themselves.

As it stands right now it is only the churchs and religious organizations who reach out to that group of homosexuals and offer them any help at all.

The liberals in our government refuse to acknowledge that there are homosexuals in the world that “DO NOT” want to live this way based soley on political opinion.
Ther is no credible scientific evidence that proves that they are born this way naturaly.

These people are suffering the same as an alcoholic, drug addict, or people with eating disorders.

While there are services and treatments to help these other addicted people there is nothing offered to the homosexual that has realized the choice he/she made has lead them down a road of enslavement .

If our government starts teaching that these people are “Born” this way, then that will be the same as condemning the thousands who “DO” want help and freedom to a life of suffering without the public even ackowledging their plight.

The same arguement used to say that they are normal and that many can live normal lives in same sex marriages with children who are normal and cared for, can be used for the homosexual who realizes their addiction and wants to live free of it.

There are many recovered/recovering homsexuals who have overcome this addiction and have married the opposite sex and raise normal children living happy lives.

These who have overcome this affliction stand as a beacon of hope to many,many others who want and need help.

How would it be if our government gave up on the people who have tested other unhealthy activitys in life and became entrapped to alcohol or drugs , and just told them that they too were born that way and there is no hope of ever living any other lifestyle?

Would we tell an alcoholic or a prostitute to just go and live a happy life and raise your children normal the way some other alcoholics and prostitutes have managed to do?

This whole issue is a top down politicaly motivated scheme to trade votes for government benefits.

The same way Social Security is a payment for votes from elderly people.

The same way welfare is a payment for votes from poorer people.

The same way money funded to education is payment for votes from teachers unions.

The same way our government is getting ready to trade citizenship [ a sacred benefit many are dieing for] for votes to millions of illegals.

The same way many in our government will pay reparations to minoritys in exchange for votes.

Its all nonsense!

Montgomery County? I’m surprised they aren’t already offering sex changes to pre schoolers.

As for mental illness, I’ve heard rumors that there were actually a few psyciatrists who disagree that homosexuality is normal. I think they’re now undergoing reeducation alongside the globalwarmingclimatecoolinghurricaneAAAAAGGGHHHH!!!deniers.

Uh oh…I think I hear rifle butts on the door again! Damn…and I’ve got chicken on the grill!

Will wonders never cease? Not much of a concession, but any is better than none.
