Good post, I agree. As I said in another post (in response to you), I believe judges walk into the job with pre-formed opinions, and they just wait for the case that allows them to exert it.

Our system stinks. But anyway, on a similar note regarding liberals vs. conservatives…it came to me late last night a glaring difference between the two:

Liberals cannot live without conservatives, but conservatives can survive without liberals.

In New Amerika society is based on race. Characteristic of US are race-baiting, race-preferences, race-promotion, race-racists, race-bigots, race-killings, race-discrimination, race-marriages, race-clubs, race-bus lines, race-businesses, race-writing, etc. The list never ends.

Just because white firefighters passed the test and blacks could not, it only proves how racist white New Amerika is towards blacks. Why would one expect a black to meet the same standards as a white? Obviously 4 SCOTUS justices do not think so.
